SWUNG Hackathon 2019

Attila Balazs – Machine Learning Specialist and Principal Consutlant @Venture. This weeked Atti helped to organise and participated in the SWUNG hackathon 2019. Over the weekend there were over 45 geo-scientists working on sprints, participating in tutorials and hacking on projects.

Atti said: “I learned a lot working with Douglas McClymont, Lukas Mosser, Monica Norman, Ian McNair, Evgeniy Markin, Khushal Adlakha, trying to reproduce research about Velocity Models and creating an interactive notebook for geophysicists to explore different parameter combinations.”
